My Purpose, A Deeper Connection to Humanity

Over the past 15 years, I have worked with children and their families throughout Europe and the United States, supporting women and their partners during childbirth and thereafter, providing guidance and support to families from different cultures and with different spoken languages.  The one common denominator amongst us all, is that we have the desire to love, and to be loved. 

With extensive knowledge in the areas of childbirth, early childhood education, infant massage, multiple birth and parenting, alternative lifestyle parenting, adoption, handling difficult childhood behaviors, sleep and toilet training, and spouse/partner relationships after baby, I have been able to assist, guide and foster the natural bonding and attachment that occurs between parent and child in a multitude of situations.  The focal point of my purpose in teaching begins with the concept that parents, when connected to the heart and soul of the child, know instinctively what is best for baby.  It is my goal to help families to connect - mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers - to one another, so that they can better relate to the world around them.

My support for the birthing mother includes breathing techniques, massage, visualization, aromatherapy, and emotional support and encouragement.  However, birth is only the beginning.  I will journey alongside you as your child grows and develops throughout early childhood, supporting you throughout the postpartum phase.  I will assist you with breastfeeding, attachment parenting, sleep and toilet training, decisions, rights and laws regarding returning to the workplace, and educational decisions during the elementary years.   

I seek to build a lifelong relationship with you and your family, and am very selective about my client list, as this journey will be that of an eternal friendship.
