Mindful Birth and Parenting

General Information:

You will need to bring a towel along with you to class.  I recommend a towel versus a blanket, as the oils used can stain.  Other than that, everything is provided for you, including:  yoga mats for your use, blankets, music, candles, a heater, oil samples and oils for purchase, and an instruction manual for take home purposes. 

The cost of the course is $60 per family.  For every family that you refer who registers and pays for the class, you will receive a $10 discount off of your course cost.
